Lovely neat gel nails on hands and feet. Only negative was the green colour was not as dark as I would have liked, had 3 layers but still a bit see through. However the grey on my toes is perfect

It was a very good service provided. The wax itself is very neat. I would however suggest a little more care is taken over the actual waxing. It is a very intimate and sensitive area. The wax trolly was all over the place, with wax scattered all over, tinfoil holding it together and it was generally not very clean. There was no atmosphere set just a fairly fast paced and painful wax.

Very upset. Booked a Brazilian... but was given a HOLLYWOOD! Fair waxing results but I hate the look of it. Not happy as this wasn’t what I’d wanted. No ambience in this place either - very awkward silence while you wait. When I mentioned that I’d actually booked a Brazilian, I received no apology and was just told they were the same price. Never coming back. Just hope my hair down there can grow back the same - ASAP!
