This salon is amazing. I have visited a number of times for my eyebrows they are always, excellently done with care, and my eyebrows look amazing!!.. I honestly cannot recommend this place highly enough and I have already rebooked for the next one. The salon has everything, warm, very welcoming, relaxing and great value for money and lovely lovely staff. I would recommended this salon 100% x x x
This is a new business and the lady was lovely but sadly the treatment and experience was so awful I felt I needed to share so other people don't waste their money! I had already been waiting for her to finish another client when another lady came in and asked for her eyebrows to be threaded at which point in front of everyone I was asked if I would mind waiting longer so she could do her! I said no but felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed.
Once my treatment eventually started I was sat on a spinning chair and she started 'massaging' my back, however with every slight hint of pressure the chair moved. I asked to move onto the bed after 10 minutes of debating and not wanting to seem demanding. The whole treatment was awful, no pressure, no attempt to find the knots in my back let alone break them down. The whole thing was unprofessional and I'd like to know if she is actually even qualified as she didn't know what she was doing at all. When I said I had never had a treatment sitting up before she said she knew what an Indian head massage was because she was Indian. My treatment was meant to be 45mins and after about half an hour she stopped and massaged my feet, obviously getting bored of giving me the treatment I had booked and paid for but by this point I was so worked up about the experience I just wanted to get out.
The whole thing was awful and I feel like it was a COMPLETE waste of money which is very annoying when you work hard to be able to treat yourself.
