Went to have a 60 mins full facial and I think the facial was 55 mins. Treatment itself was relaxing and I was asleep half way through. The massage was a bit rough at times but generally okay. The decor is a bit dated and would benefit from fresh lick of paint. Only dislike is the strong incense smell which I generally dislike.

Perhaps the length of gel nails should be put up from 30 minutes to about an hour, been twice and appointments have always been about an hour and there's obviously been another booking so nails are rushed so don't last so long. They seem to overbook and have appointments overlap each other a lot which just isn't a good experience for the customers.
