Told Amy my lower back was tight and painful, she went to work on the area , it was a bit painful but it has since has loosened up more than normal. ( no pain no gain ) will be booking another appointment soon to continue to help with my back pain..

I had a lot of tension in my upper back and knew I needed a therapeutic treatment but wanted the spa element too. This was perfect. I was relaxed but Amy worked hard to release knots and made sure I felt okay while she did it. I feel so much lighter. Thank you
