Had a trainee with the main beautician. I didn't know this before the appointment. Was ok for her to observe. She then did my lip wax which has left me with a graze like burn on either side of my lip which I have never had before. It's quite irritating. I wasn't even offered a discount for having someone in training do part of the appointment. I felt uncomfortable saying anything at the time. The other therapist was fine though had more redness than usual.
