Sineade was very kind, professional and friendly. I have a very tense and knotty shoulders. So I asked her to focus mainly on my upper back. The massage was painful on my back which was to be expected but very relaxing on other areas. I can definitely feel an improvement in my shoulder area now. I will 100% recommend her and will be back soon.
