Booked as a surprise birthday treat for my wife. Impressed and very appreciative that the owner managed to get a replacement consultant in at last minute due to absence as she appreciated this was a present. My wife loved the experience and had amazing nails for the Royal Albert hall that evening - thank you!

mins late for a 30 mins appointment which was not satisfactory. I would go back if my usual place is closed again.
