Arrived for my appointment and was told threading lady wasn’t there and wouldn’t be there until 90 minutes later. They rearranged my appointment, I went home and traveled back 90 minutes later. The whole place was locked up and no one was answering the phone. I waited 15 minutes in the pouring rain. This was a pre-paid appointment. Very disappointing.

Great experience, I booked a spot last minute but they were very accommodating and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Jasmin was very friendly and even though I got the express she tailored it to my skin and was really relaxing facial.
