Beatrice was so friendly and welcoming and we chatted the whole appointment, made me feel so at ease. I had booked acrylic overlays but Beatrice took time to look at my nails, the condition and advised gel overlays instead which I really appreciated. She took so much care over my nails and they looked brilliant when finished. It was a couple of weeks ago and they lasted really well, no chipping or damage. Lovely person and great experience 😊

Beatrice is so professional and does an excellent job. She is very meticulous and doesn't let me leave until my nails are perfect! On top of that she is so kind and super friendly, genuinely such a pleasure to talk to. Cannot recommend her enough!
