Beatrice was very professional and friendly also I was a bit late for my appointment but that was not a problem and I was made to feel relaxed. Beatrice explained exactly what my nails needed as they were very dry. She talked me through every step and told me what products to buy to help my nails.

Beatrice is really nice and the atmosphere was great, however, the nail polish started chipping and delaminating 2 hours after my appointment. The next day I was able to just pull off an entire layer of nail polish from 3 nails. I don’t think it was done properly and I won’t be going back.
