⭐ 1/5 – Terrible experience. Laila was unwelcoming from the moment I arrived. She couldn’t find my booking, the wax wasn’t ready, and I was sent into the room without even a towel to cover myself. I could hear her complaining about having to do a full-body wax and being overbooked. The waxing itself was extremely harsh and painful. I was made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Completely unprofessional and I definitely won’t be returning.
