I was very nervous for my hair appointment as this was the first time I was having my hair cut and dyed. And as someone that wears hijab my hair is very important to me. However, Jenn made me feel very safe and explained all the options available to meet my final vision. She answered all my questions throughly and was very conscientious throughout my appointment.
