I cannot limit Jen to just one descriptor because she is all of those things and more. I just feel that she treats each client as an individual plus. She listens carefully, has the skill to translate what you describe into something that looks great every time.
It’s like going home when you go into her salon and I don’t feel that anywhere else.

I arrived way too early but as always Jennie made me feel so welcome and offered me a drink . I had a conditioning treatment and a cut and blow dry and was super happy with the service and my hair. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Jennie ,she is such a lovely person and will always be my go to stylist not only for hair cuts but advice on how to care for my hair
