At first the appointment seemed to be going well. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the store had a good atmosphere. However, there were many times were my skin was caught with the drill and marked my fingers, alcohol disinfectant was carelessly sprayed directly onto an open wound I already had. The thing i'm most upset about is that after all that the nails that I was charged £45 for when I was quoted £40 were different lengths.

Fara is brilliant! Very friendly and professional, while waxing may not be the most pleasant experience she makes it as painless as possible and does it quickly too! Would definitely recommend! Thank you Fara!
