At first the appointment seemed to be going well. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the store had a good atmosphere. However, there were many times were my skin was caught with the drill and marked my fingers, alcohol disinfectant was carelessly sprayed directly onto an open wound I already had. The thing i'm most upset about is that after all that the nails that I was charged £45 for when I was quoted £40 were different lengths.
