This is the first time I had Fra. She was very nice, but I felt her treatment when she was taking my nails off was very rough and pressed very hard into my nails. Also I asked her not to file my nails too much and she made them shorter which I pointed out to her. Also a few nails were pointed instead of round. I pointed this out to her also and she then filed my nails down even shorter, rather than rounding them off. I will be back, but will not use Fra again.
