I booked an Ayurvedic de-stress massage and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The calm atmosphere, oils, ambience, and welcome form Su was wonderful, she took time to ask about myself to get a clear idea of me and my lifestyle and used oils and aromas to match what I needed- the Indian head massage was fantastic , then to the massage couch for full body massage where Su asked if the pressure was ok and then it ended with a detox steam. Highly recommend !
