My appointment was moved due to strikes - totally understand. The massage therapist is lovely however the whole week they knew I would be coming to the new time ... I called 6 times and no answer - the massage started with loud pop music through speaker and lights on & dirty floor. The other workers were SO loud - vacuuming & bashing it into the treatment door, running loudly, shouting to each other and laughing. No respect that a massage was going on in the space.
