My appointment was not on time, waited 20 mins b4 my hair was washed and the wash was not done properly, it was rushed. The hairdresser was rough and was very unprofessional

I’m very happy with my haircut - I wish I could remember the name of the lady who was my hairdresser but she was awesome! She knew exactly what to do and gave me great advice on how to look after my long curly hair to improve its condition. My hair looks so lovely now, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
