This was my first time at AYM and I loved it. Alessio was so caring, and took time to explain the practise and understand my needs before we started.
The massage was also amazing, incorporating stretches with ayuverdic oils and powders. I had been struggling with tightness in my leg, and Alessio really helped to relieve that!
The space is also so beautiful and calming - I wouldn't hesitate to come here again for a massage.
