Thanks so much, Despina. What a relaxing massage and enjoyable experience. It was also fun to find a fellow ashtangi who knows what that world is like. I thought I’d be able to leave a tip on Treatwell for running over, but I don’t seem to have that option. Instead I’ll just say a big extra thank you for being generous with your time and I hope to see you another time soon.

The massage I received from Despina is hard to express in words. It was as transformative as a great therapy session. She pinpointed areas in my body that I didn’t even realise were holding tension and was able to release a significant amount of stored emotion. I’ve never felt such a profound effect from a massage before. I’m definitely planning to return monthly for the foreseeable future.

Such an amazing restorative experience. The therapist was intuitive and knew exactly what to do to relieve tension and left me feeling refreshed and balanced. The studio is comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommended :)
