I highly recommend the Ayurvedic Yoga massage. Jacqueline took time beforehand to check in with me, asking what parts of my body I want to concentrate on or avoid, explaining what the massage would involve and making sure I was comfortable. The massage itself was a really nice amount of deep pressure (always with the option to ask for more/less) and I felt wonderfully relaxed afterwards. The room at Heart is lovely and warm and has fantastic natural light coming into it!

Booked this on recommendation of my midwife after struggling with a pulled rib muscle. 100% worth the recommendation, really good pressure and has really helped with the aches and pains of late pregnancy. Wish I’d known sooner
