I find Avelino is really very knowleadgeable about the human body, the fascia and muscles and how to take care of them. Also, teh effects of the massage last for some time.

Absolutely incredible. Unlike any massage I've ever had before. Avelino was professional, and made me feel welcome, asking me throughout if the pressure was ok, telling me to breathe and making my first ayurvedic yoga massage a great experience.
