Very skilled and effective head to toe full body massage with oils and some stretching. Dr Alex explained the principles of Ayurveda health and how massage is one component of a much broader holistic health approach. Will return.

Highly recommended! I have had shoulder and elbow problems for years and this was the best massage I’ve had for it. Dr Alex was hugely knowledgeable and carried out a full consultation with me,explaining the background to Ayurvedic medicine. The massage was very therapeutic (the hot stamps really helped me). It’s not something I’ve tried before but two days later still have no pain. Dr Alex also recommended some herbal remedies for my pain to try as well. A great listener and great technician!
