I have had a couple of Ayurvedic massages with Dr Alex now and have really found that he has helped with my sciatica and also other aches and pains I have been feeling including trapped nerves and disc bulges on my back. His massage technique is very thorough and before the treatment he listens to any symptoms you may be experiencing and tries to work on those areas in the treatment. I have had the Pinda Sweda massage with the hot bags which is an unusual but very relaxing technique and believe that the herbs etc that are in these have helped to heal. I would recommend this treatment with Dr Alex.

I received a deep tissue ayurvedic massage which was far better than what I had received during my visit to India. I felt very relaxed and invigorated afterwards and the effects were long lasting. I had a an overall health consultation with Dr Alex about improving my lifestyle and general health. As he is a very good Ayurvedic doctor he can tailor the massage to suit your health needs therefore he has a gift that many masseurs out there do not have. Thoroughly recommended.

Dr Alex is a highly qualified and very talented ayurvedic doctor. A very thorough consultation was followed by the best massage I have ever experienced. I am half-way through my purification process and enjoying my daily and varied treatments so much that I know I will keep visiting him again and again.
