Dr Alex was great, he told me about the treatment and had a little consultation before hand, which we all know is important! It was a new experience for me as I've only ever had the odd sporadic aromatherapy massage. Ayurveda I found is much more of a natural, healing form of massage and really got things moving around and loosening up. I was a little sore the next day, but good sore - felt like I'd had a really good work out! Would definitely recommend and go again if I can afford it. The only thing I would say was I didn't love the smell of the oils! But I think that's just because I wasn't used to it.

OMG, there is not a massage or facial that I have not tried, from facial gym, to placenta facial and facial acupuncture and none of them compare. I had sport and full body massage plus the facial rejuvenation massage and was so happy that I burst into tears. My skin has never looked so good and this was nowhere as expensive as the other facials I had. Alex is a real master and has magical touch, he cares and is honest and hard working. I recommend this to anyone who truly want to see and feel results immediately. I am so happy and will follow him wherever he goes now. HE IS SIMPLY AMAZING. THANK YOU SO MUCH, I am deeply grateful.
