The massage was lovely and very relaxing. It's ayurvedic so expect a lot of oil in your hair afterwards (didn't bother me at all, but best to go home and wash your hair before making any other plans). I only gave 4 stars for the ambiance as the room was a little too bright for my liking, it's easier to relax for me if the light is a little more dimmed.

Dr Alex is a great practitioner who successfully treated me for peri menopausal symptoms and general dosha imbalance. His herbs and treatments are very reasonably priced also. Highly recommend him.

Excellent! I am 71 and have chronic heart disease. For the last 12 months essential meds gave constant migraine type headaches reducing my life to a shambling shuffling existence rather than living. I have tried other therapies, Body Talk, Body Stress Therapy, Osteopathy with little success. Now, 5 Ayurvedic massages later and the headaches have 95% gone. Not only that, but for the first time in years I can walk tall and have energy. I cannot praise Dr A enough for giving my me life back. I thoroughly recommend Dr A's careful and considered treatment.
