This was my first ayurvedic massage and I'm very satisfied! Alex was very professional and massaged not only my back but also my head and face with specific oils and made me do some stretches, which I really appreciated. He also advised me to work on my vata imbalance. Definetely recommended!

I was looking for an authentic Indian therapeutic message in different places and I am very glad I found this place.. So relaxing I almost fell asleep and i came out feeling wonderful and energised. . I got chatting to Alex about different kinds of healing and therapies and he gave me lots of advice and remedies for issues that i had. Also last summer I had a treatment from severe allergy that I had and it helped me immensely. I am looking forward to trying out other amazing therapies Alex is offering and of course I would definitely recommend this place to anyone .
I have had SO MANY massages by all kinds of people and this was one of the best ones I have had in a long time! Not just a superficial massage - muscle, detox, relaxation, skin softening etc I saw the difference right away and throughout the day.
