I would highly recommend an Ayurvedic treatment package with Alex to help re-balance your doshas and re-charge your batteries. He is professional, kind and caring and provides an authentic Ayurvedic experience. The massages were strong and nourishing and the recommended ayurvedic herbs from India were gentle but quite effective. He has a wealth of knowledge of eastern and western philosophies and based on his experience in India and with clients in the UK he is able determine a package that is practical for your lifestyle. His clinic in Putney is conveniently located, comfortable and very clean. Try something new for you, but tried and tested by many for thousands of years!
