This was up there as one of the best massages I've ever had. Alex really listened to my issues before beginning a hot oil massages to realign my chakras. He's an excellent masseuse - great firm but soothing pressure and my shoulders are definitely a few inches lower than before. If you haven't tried this type of massage before give it a go, you won't regret it. I'll be back soon! One tip - if you're up for the amazing head rub (and you should say yes - it's heavenly) don't wash your hair just before you go - I've learnt for next time!
