I'd been suffering from tightness in my neck and shoulders for days and was hoping the massage would help to relieve some of the tension. It did in fact completely relieve me of the pain I had been experiencing and I felt so much better afterwards. I also really enjoyed the mixture of deep tissue massage with some Ayurvedic integration. Will definitely return next time I need a massage!
