Just had my ayurveda massage and it was truly amazing, the therapist Dr. Alex was very knowledgable and really concentrated on my problem areas spending more time on them to make sure all my tension was gone. It was definitely a nice experience and now I feel very relaxed.

It was amazing Nicole was super thorough in fact it was the most thorough massage I’ve ever had, didn’t feel like she was racing or anything, I’ve never had a Ayurvedic massage and she explained what it was and told me what it was for how it would help and was overall really accommodating! Will definitely be back !
