The experience wasn't what i was expecting as i got a massive headache and felt extremely groggy and dazed after. During the massage it started and i v mentioned but then it slow down a bit and when i left it started again.
I never felt so groggy and dizzy with a message. For my exoerience i didn't like the side effect i had after. Still don't know why was did it happen.

Dr.Alex was very experienced professional.It was my first visit to the practice, but I could relax in his.hand after an initial consultancy. 60minutes full body massage was amazingly effective on me.

Very good massage and brief consultation prior to treatment. It worked on my whole body and i felt it got rid of all tensions and blockages. Will be back soon.

This was my first visit to see Dr Alex. The treatment I had was an Ayurvedic back massage. Dr Alex was very professional in his approach and very knowledgeable and I felt completely comfortable. The massage was wonderful and very relaxing and also included a head and face massage. In all aspects of my treatment I felt in capable hands. The benefits I have had since the massage have been impressive. More movement in my shoulders and the tissues are not so tender. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Alex and his team and will be using them on a monthly basis. My next appointment is already booked.
