Incredible treatment. Very strong pressure, completely got rid of all knots and trapped nerves. Thorough, included nice facial massage.
Not a traditional deep tissue, I would describe as a deep tissue mixed with a sports massage which is just what I needed! Will be rebooking.

My first experience was a very very good one. I had a 1 hour hot oil full body massage which was a wonderfully relaxing and helpful massage. I had specific needs with tight areas and after the initial discussion with Jahanara she was able to focus on the specific areas and provide a truly professional massage. Jahanara was warm and welcoming upon arrival and listened to my needs and looked after me very well and professionally. I will certainly be returning. Thank you Jahanara 🙏🏻

First time at Ayur Care and I booked for a 30 minute neck back and shoulder massage. My therapist was lovely and personable but a little heavy handed to the point I asked for less pressure (which I have never asked from a therapist before). The massage continued and was a bit frantic and too firm to the point I have come away bruised and even 2 days later feel very sore especially on my neck and back bones. I won’t be making a repeat booking.
