Dr Shiney gives an excellent deep tissue massage, I have difficulty relaxing but I find that I feel great afterwards and the little aches and pains are relieved. Being caring and considerate, she understands and explains the reasoning behind certain activities which can be avoided or relieved in future.

Was a pretty mediocre experience. Nothing special.
Was provided by my work place, but looking at this places prices , I think they should look elsewhere for better value. 30 minutes priced at the same as everywhere else’s 1hour cost.
Overall disappointed, but was polite about it.
