Second visit to Ayurspa. Full body massage this time . 1hr of pummelling of back and sciatica problems. The pressure is strong, just what I needed. These treatments are really helping my back issues. Would definitely recommend 👌 👍 🙂

Dr Shiney was amazing. The venue was a perfect temperature, the gentle music and aroma contributed to a relaxing atmosphere.
I came in because I had pain and shoulder issues from excessive sitting and needed more than a typical massage.
The pressure was perfect and my body felt so much better when I left.
I will definitely be back.

Booked facial and back massage. The latter was really good. Had so many knots in back and sciatica issues. They were all attacked with vigour . Felt that the treatment was really reaching the pain points. Very good and approachable. Website doesn't now reflect the rooms previously advertised. Regardless treatment was GREAT.
