Needs a clean, there was hair everywhere on the floor. Didn't remove any of the blackheads. Products used were meh. Mona was really nice.

Staff were very nice and friendly and make you feel comfortable on arrival. The facials made my skin feel glowly, clear and overall was a very relaxing experience. I will definitely be back again!
