The place is shabby for what I paid, my hair was brushed with a old pink tangle teaser that had hair in it. No heat protectant or product was used. she cut my hair in the wrong direction so everything at the ends is already splitting. as well as all the above, the cut is awful choppy uneven layers and bulky. not happy.
