If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in for a simple eyebrow wax, and left with burned, sensitive skin, and red block marks between my brows and eyes. I was absolutely astound at the fact that not only was this appointment 15 minutes late, but after ripping the top layer of my skin off, she then proceeded to thread and pluck my brows. I felt as if my skull was exposed at the layers of skin that disappeared. Don’t think I can find a word in the thesaurus that would express my disappointment

Very lovely staff and good blow dry.
There was a professional trainer in teaching the ladies and I was very lucky to get a blow dry from her as she was teaching.
