I recently had a deep tissue massage and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The pressure was perfect and really helped release so much tension and tightness in my back.
One of my favorite parts was the stretches that were included throughout the session. They made such a difference. The combination of deep tissue work and stretching was exactly what I needed.
I highly recommend Ayma, she is amazing:)
