This massage was incredible! I requested firm pressure and help with ongoing lower back stiffness and glute tightness from running, and Ayesha was fantastic. She really listened to my concerns and delivered a holistic massage that focused on all the right areas. The added stretches were such a great touch and made a real difference. I left feeling much less tense and more relaxed. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
