I got call from salon to re-book plus my trains were all late and arrived 15 minutes late. So the salon was happy to reschedule the appointment. As I brought the treatment the first time very happy with the product. I use it at home too. But looking forward to the salon treatment. Very nice and give good advice.

Very friendly staff. Offered me coffe/tea/water and chocolates. Really good that you get a parking permit if you spend £20 or more. The only disappointment that I had was with the hear massage, it was nice, but I was expecting her to concentrate more on my head, rather than my face and neck. Apart from that, good experience.

The woman was really nice, but I don't think she was used to handling my hair type (quite fine and naturally light hair). My hair seemed a bit over-processed with the dye and smelled burnt when I left from her straightening my already straight hair. However 2 days later I am happy with the results. It also took much longer than the allotted 2 hour time space and I was late to other appointments I had for the day. The woman working (Aisha) was so nice and kind which is why I have given the rating I did.
