The venue is lovely as was the therapist. However, I found the room cold and the massage was very weak so I didn’t feel any benefit.I am usually always offered a glass of water after a massage but not this time.

Had a very relaxing session at Aya, all my back tension has been gone and I've been continuing with the breathing techniques Milda had introduced at the start. I will deffo come back for future sessions
