Terrible customer service. booked treatment requiring patch test which is my own fault. however staff (including manager) *wouldn't provide alternative treatment with allocated time slot *didn't know refund policy (I'm still out of pocket) *rude & unhelpful looked clean but obviously can't say more. would benefit from a customer service course!

Very friendly staff and very clean salon. The girl who gave the massage was very friendly and professional, she explained everything to me and gave me some advice as per my diet and my gym routine. Ended up buying the 10 session pack as I was very satisfied with the massage session.
