The facial itself was thorough and the room was relaxing, however whilst perfectly professional the interaction with chloe was very clinical and she seemed quite rushed which impacted on my ability to feel relaxed. I put it down to her having a bad day and me being a new client. Being relaxed is important to me so I don't feel I would return.

This was a booking made for my sister. Never having experience of holistic treatment and in much need of some relaxation and TLC my sister came back from her appointment feeling refreshed and relaxed.
