This was my little girl's first proper hair cut and Avy couldn't have been kinder and more reassuring towards her. She was absolutely brilliant at putting my daughter at ease and making the whole experience a fun and enjoyable one. My daughter was quite nervous at first but Avy helped mop up the tears and by the end, we had one (freshly haircut) happy girl. Thank you!

I booked kids restyle haircut(£24) for my 11 year old girl. I wanted layers for her but according to the hairstylist she’s too young to have layers and went on to do a simple same length haircut. In the end, she charged me £38 saying she does not qualify for kids haircut due to her age..I feel conned because a simple haircut isn’t worth £38 that took hardly 30 minutes. Lost a customer today!

Was taken directly to shampoo without the stylist having even looked at my hair first or asking me what I wanted to do, which has never happened to me before. Made it not only extremely difficult to then describe with wet hair what I was wanting but also extremely stressful bc the stylist had not seen what my hair looks like dry (it was up when I arrived) so I didn’t know how the cut would come out. Thankfully came out alright but it was not an enjoyable experience.
