Unfortunately I had the worst experience ever. I asked for a layer haircut and as it was hot outside I agreed to leave without having my hair dried; as previously I had never had an issue with haircut elsewhere, it did not cross my mind that when my hair dries, I would see there were no layers but only two disproportionate lengths of hair (10cm difference). Sadly now my hair looks terrible enough to have to go to another hairdresser who hopefully can repair as much as possible for an extra fee.
