When I got home and had the chance to look at my hair I realised that one side was clearly over an inch shorter than the other side. When I phoned back, the manager offered no apology. I came back to have it fixed and was seen by the same stylist who quickly trimmed a bit more off in five minutes without even covering my clothes. My hair is a couple of inches shorter than I’d originally asked for, still not very even and I am now covered in hair trimmings. Still no apology.

It is a pleasure to come to this salon. I have always received a warm welcome from all the staff who really listen and offer expert advice about hair colouring choices - a bespoke service in fact. The natural styling products used here make your hair feel great. Yet another great cut and blow dry.
