The stylist took less than 5 minutes with the cut and I was back outside in 25 minutes. I had asked for about 2" off and some layers to be cut in so expected a 'new look'. As I had not been to a salon in about 10 months anything would have been an improvement but I could barely tell the difference. I accept I should have said that I was disappointed at the time but it was only when I got home that I realised how little had been done. The stylist was friendly but sadly I will not be back.
