full head highlights from Danielle lovely stylist but at the end of the service I saw that there was a lot of my roots showing. I didn’t realise this until in natural light. I pmd and was asked to return . Upon return I felt uncomfortable due to little small talk. Gary asked me what I wanted, I then had a full head bleach on areas that weren’t covered properly,roots still showing in patches around my hairline and ended up with toned roots and brassy ends then asked to dry my own hair,left upset.
