I had full head of highlights booked a day before my holiday but was left with blonde roots/ brassy ends. The stylist didn’t do a strand test and left me with patchy and uneven hair and said nothing could be done to fix it. I only realised when the styling lady began to blow dry my hair as stylist acted like it was normal. I was so upset with the outcome and how I was treated after this, on the verge of tears. The stylist made no attempt to fix it, charged full, I had to get it fixed elsewhere
